I have admin privilege but I don’t know how to modify hosting php.ini file as I am not the expert. Therefore I would prefer to wait until you provide me alternate solution. If nothing works then I will have to delete plugin and install it again, but I will lose all my quiz setup data.

Error message is “Connection Timed Out”

I can open dashboard, I can open quiz maker page. I can’t open questions page as it is trying to render 500 questions in a page as I have set this limit to delete all questions. When I am trying to open questions page, it is trying to render 500 questions on a page and I am getting timeout message.

Is it possible to send me plugin update which will restrict number of questions per page to 100?

Sorry, I tried both options including opening in incognito browser, I am getting connection time out message. I am afraid that I don’t have to delete plugin and install again and lose all my data/quizzes. Please help. Thanks.

This has solved my problem but created another problem. I changed number to 500 questions per page, now page itself is not rendering and getting time out message. Any help possible as I am unable to reach to questions page anymore. Thank you in advance.

Thank you very much. Yes, it was not working due to Ninja Speed plugin. It has now started working once I deactivate it.

Also, if “only for logged in users” option is checked, then it shows customized message and it doesn’t show the quiz and it’s start button.

Refer above url, page is showing quiz and it also shows start button, but if I click on start button then there is no response, whereas if I login in to website and then click on start button, it works.

Thank you for your quick response. Strange part is that option is already unchecked. All three check boxes under Limitation users tab are unchecked. What else could be the reason?
