Same thing is happening on my website. Recently started noticing many page 1 (out of 2 step form) submissions that does not include page 2. When testing I noticed delay in loading page 2 and I think visitor thinks that this was the end of the entry and exits after page 1. Would like to find out as well what might be the cause of this delay between steps. Thank you.
I just sent you the link to the form on “You can ask us any question through our support page.” thank you for your support
After following your directions and entering the link it opens page with this message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
Is there a way to post the link to the form privately and not in an open forum?

In reply to: [Contact Form 7 Multi-Step Forms] Tag creates “invalid mailbox syntax” errorThank you for your help on this forum and your reply. I am ignoring this error and it does not affect the functionality except of one issue and I am not sure it is related but after form completion and clicking “send” the multi-step forms DO NOT display the confirmation message after sending.
The single step cf7 does.
I was assuming because of this error. Do you have advise how to solve confirmation message not showing.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Syntax error in "Additional Headers" field with Reply-toEven after applying the solutions as per above “Syntax error” is still displaying if “Multiform” plugin is used. In my case I have 2 step form and in last step Mail settings “Reply to”, I am using Reply-To: [your-email], where [your-email] tag is from step 1, and of course it is defined as email field and not as text. Everything works fine, when form is received in email the reply-to contains correct entry as per [your-email]. The only annoyance is this “Syntax error” in red below the Contact form name. Any suggestions?

In reply to: [Fast Secure Contact Form] "Submit" closes the lightbox form is inNo, the form inserted via shortcode into the post, sidebar or page functions as it should be. But contact form in the lightbox closes it if “submit” button is clicked. I think because it refreshes the form. I am experimenting with another form in the same lightbox and in the same scenario I described above it doesn’t close the lightbox (I was told by developer that it displays error messages “on the spot”). I hope that makes sense to you. Thanks.
