we are currently blocking access outside the US. that could probably be the reason why you can’t see the page.
Regarding your questions above, Yes the widget placement option is selected in the plugin question number 3. Yes it is also inserted in our theme’s widget area.
I have also cleared cache on my browser and wordpress, deactivated caching plugins. Still no icons showing on our website. hmm
