As I can check on provided url. You are using some other sitemap plugin, You can switch to our plugin or raise the support request in respective plugin’s page.

Hello thanks for reaching out to us. By default, the plugin doesn’t add noindex meta for the HTML-based sitemap versions. If you uncheck the HTML generation of the sitemap and resubmit it back to GSC to validate then it should work. However, can you please check your theme and other configs to see if they are not putting noindex meta tag inside the HTML-generated versions? Thanks

Thanks for raising the concern. We have observed that your sitemap has a huge amount of posts and pages available. The sitemap generated by XML sitemap plugins is virtual and it re-builds every time you hit the sitemap URL. The sitemap generation speed also depends upon memory resource occupancy, server traffic and network speed. We are going to release a major version soon which omits this limitation, please let us know meanwhile we can help in any other way. Thanks.

Hello @chiefochiefo, thanks for raising the issue. By default, the sitemap behaves in a way to list down authors who have pages or posts available and published on the database. If an author doesn’t have the posts or page available then the entry of that author will be removed from the sitemap.

You can’t force Google to recrawl the URLs. It is up to Google if they want to.
A sitemap is checked only the first time that google notices it, and thereafter only when you ping into it.

If I understand your question correctly, you are changing the URLs and modifying content and it’s not reflected in the sitemap, is this what’s happening at the moment?
