Hi, it looks like there was a conflict with the facebook plugin. in your first error message.
Which version were you installing to cause the second error message?
Hi,
That feature is not available by default at this time. If you would like to see this feature, you can request it as a feature request by emailing [email protected], or if you’d like to get some custom work done, reply in this thread and I can point you to our associated web development team that can quote you on implementing this.
Thanks
Hi Shawn, there was a bug in the upgrader for 1.7.1.
You can now upgrade to 1.8 if you’d like – instructions are here: https://j.mp/LWcAH3
Hi, Right now there is no easy way to do this.
It’s a feature that has been requested a few times, and is on our roadmap.
Hi, Sorry that 1.8 isn’t working out for you all.
3oh6, thanks for the help. We have had a few instances of this happening, but there are many others that work just fine.
@maximan, did you install premium or the wordpress version of 1.8?
Hi, which version of the plugin did you install?
To uninstall this plugin (or any other), connect to your site and delete the folder wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-event-calendar
I hope this helps.
Hi, 1.8 Premium definitely solves this issue, it’s been extensively tested. The WordPress 1.8 version should also have solved this, but if it doesn’t, consider upgrading.
Hi, Can you please share a link?
You can also reinstall 1.7 by downloading it from wordpress here: https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/all-in-one-event-calendar-1.7.zip
Delete the folders wp-content/themes-ai1ec and wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-event-calendar/ and reinstall the plugin.
Great – thanks for the followup.
Our support page has moved – it’s now at help.time.ly. We have a redirect set up, but I think that the DNS change just hadn’t propagated to you yet.
Hi,
We can’t check out any incompatibilities with this particular theme, since it’s a paid-for theme, but we will investigate any issues in general with woff webfonts. It would also help if you could attach screenshots to show us what it looks like.
Thanks for the help padraig
Hi,
Can you provide an example for us to look at please?
Hi Bdilla,
We’ve completely refactored the JavaScript for our next release, which should be out soon. This should fix any JavaScript conflicts.
Hi Fred,
This is a known bug – see here.

Unfortunately it’s a bug with WordPress 3.4, so there’s not much we can do about it for now.
