can you please try things on your end with ampforwp plugin?
when i do lyte embed, then desktop shows good but amp i see httpv, i told them maybe they should treat httpv://www.youtube the same as https://www.youtube…
i also notified them about the issue

i actually went to the plugin – media and i saw that there aren’t any images to be compressed, so i guess its working.

when we spoke for the first time you advised me to change to httpv, but what happened was, that again
the desktop version worked on your plugin, but on the amp, i just saw httpv text

my plugin is now the zip file you sent me
and after i override the directory of my current lyte, i did disable enable of the plugin.
the version that it shows me is: Version 1.7.8

here i implemented embed, and now on page insights you don’t see the unused css
but this will cause the amp (once refreshed) not to work as it happened before.

Don’t add any links.

Player position:
Center

Try to force HD?
No HD (default)

Add microdata?
Yes (default)

Also act on normal YouTube links and iframes?
Yes (default)

Cache thumbnails locally?
Yes.

+ i don’t know why you say lyte is not active, because take also this link:

the windows of the youtube is the size of lyte plugin video.

i found an issue with speed when i added it not as [lyte] embed, and by doing as a link as you suggested:

it says i have unused youtube css,

the reason why i mentioned webpagetest

is because i set it to Prioritize maximum compression on resmushit, and still webpagetest mentioned that i had more to compress
is there algorithm broken?
