Thanks Truman for going above and beyond to have this issue resolved through unconventional methods since the typical were not working. I have gotten confirmation that my refund is being processed.
FYI, I tried again to submit a support ticket with no luck.
Thanks for your timely response. I did submit the refund request shortly before my 30 days were up.
I did try to submit a ticket again just now with the “Questions before Purchasing” and the submit button still does nothing… Using latest versions of Safari and Chrome on macOS Big Sur.
I’m sorry, but when I’m logged in to the link you provided, I don’t see any tickets (I was already logged in with my previous account. I also tried creating a new account). I know I have had old tickets, but not necessarily any from requesting the refund. All attempts for refund were done via refund request form which didn’t require logging in and I never received a response from.
I also tried to use the “Questions Before Purchasing” ticket and the submit button did nothing when clicking it.
I’m in a pickle.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] It Just WorksThere are a few extensions for CF7 by the author, but there are a bunch by 3rd parties, like the honeypot one. All the ones I use are free and when used in combination they provide similar functionality to the competitors that end up costing you money. The only thing missing is the ability to build a form graphically, which I don’t miss much.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] It Just WorksI don’t use recaptcha 3 at all. I use a honeypot and find it works great… don’t know where this commentary came from

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Constant Contact IntegrationI’ve only seen it happen twice, so not sure if there is a pattern. The period was about 2 weeks. I haven’t seen any problems with the site besides that. I’ll be sure to note if there are any changes that are made if I see it again.

In reply to: [Gallery Custom Links] [Gallery] shortcode not working with this pluginThat did the trick, thank you! Will it be changed in future updates of the plugin or will I need to remember to change it with each update?

In reply to: [Gallery Custom Links] [Gallery] shortcode not working with this pluginThis one is not affected by Gallery Custom Links plugin. I’m not a pro at this yet, but for this example I have a template in my child theme that calls a function that lives in my custom plugin which returns the shortcode to a variable which is echoed in the template.

In reply to: [Caldera Forms - More Than Contact Forms] CSV Email AttachmentI had checked the box to “Attach a CSV version of the submission”, but I didn’t see a way to manipulate the CSV before it is attached to the email.
The link you attached – https://calderaforms.com/doc/caldera_forms_email_csv_data/ – that seems to give me control over the form data as an array before it is attached to the email, is that correct? I ask because I did a search for “caldera_forms_email_csv_data” in the plugin code (v1.7.4) to see how the plugin interacts with the function and I didn’t see it come up.
