In reply to: [WooCommerce] Button view order guestI am still in contact with Astra support, despite sending them tests, they insist that it has to be a problem with the WooCommerce translation files. I have tested putting WordPress in German and French and it has the same problem, only those languages ??where the checkout appears in English, because there is no translation the button does not appear. I am still waiting for a reply from Astra again.
I ran into the problem that with the astra and woocomere theme in the order details on the thank you page the actions field appears. After checking with Woocomerce and astra, I thought it was an Elementor issue. But I have been able to verify on a test website, which is due to the Astra issue and the Spanish language, when it is in English that field does not appear.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Button view order guestHi, I’ve found a problem. I don’t know if it’s an Astra or WooCommerce problem, but it’s due to the WordPress language. The button doesn’t appear in English, but it does appear in Spanish, which is my language. It must be some internal function.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Button view order guestIt’s funny, I just set up a new test website, only with the Astra theme and WooCommerce, I only activated one payment method and one product.
And it does the same thing.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Button view order guestAfter several tests I have detected what happens when the latest version of WooCommerce and Elementor is installed.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Button view order guestIf correct, the button links to the My Account page and the order number.
With another theme it does not appear
Astra support says the following:
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your question.
The action field “Ver” or “View” you are referring to in the order summary section of the guest user account section who has completed a purchase, is by the coding of the WooCommerce plugin. Hence to make any changes to remove that specific section, you will require to add custom coding to the WooCommerce core structure.
As a gentle reminder, our free support covers the current features and options of the Astra theme. While we strive to assist, troubleshooting issues related to Custom CSS, Child theme custom CSS, or additional code changes fall outside the scope of our free support.
We want to clarify that writing new custom CSS, reviewing, or editing custom CSS falls outside the scope of our standard support policy. This is because:
- Custom CSS is unique to each site, and its compatibility with every WordPress or theme update cannot be guaranteed.
- Updating or troubleshooting custom CSS may require significant testing, which varies greatly across individual cases.
We encourage you to consult a freelancer or WordPress professional in your locality to adjust the CSS as per your specific requirements.
