You can try regenerating thumbnails. Also share your site/page url where you are using it so we can debug it if possible.

Please go to Carousel Slider –> Settings –> General from WordPress admin area. Choose ‘Always‘ for ‘Style & Scrips‘ option and click ‘Save Changes’ Button and it should fix the issue.

Please clear your site caches including CDN caches. The issue you are facing for missing files will be fixed.

I checked you error log info. But it does not contain any information for carousel-slider. All PHP Fatal error is generating from Elementor as per your error log info. I justed tested once again on my local machine with elementor and working fine without any error on errorlog. make sure your PHP version is at least 7.0Can you generate some temp login username and password and send me on my personal email so I can check.

Can you try to deactivate and delete old plugin and install again latest version. Don’t worry, deleting plugin won’t remove your existing content (though it is good to take a backup always). If you are getting same error, let me know.
