Seems the problem is showing form reCAPTCHA. Make sure you configure it correctly. or disable it from form setting if you are not using reCAPTCHA

I will also check if it showing for plugin bug.

Seems you have cache enabled. Try to refresh cache first.

Carousel Slider is fully compatible with latest WordPress version. Now even a gutenberg block available to add carousel in page.

Now product carousel and post carousel take equal height.

Can you share your site link where you are using slider shortcode. So we can inspect it.

Make sure you configure reCAPTCHA settings correctly.

Quick fix: Edit video carousel slider and disable lazy load option.

I will observe the problem and try to fix on next release.

I could not still test it. But searching over OwlCarousel2 issues, I found the following solution. Check it and let me know if it fix the problem.

Go to Appearance –> Customize –> Additional CSS and paste the following CSS.

.owl-carousel .owl-stage,
.owl-carousel.owl-drag .owl-item{
    -ms-touch-action: auto;
        touch-action: auto;
}

Currently, Carousel Slider does not collect any data for a website. And there is no plan to collect data in future.

If we start collect data (for making this plugin more better), we will take user permission and let user know what types of data we are collecting.
