Ok I’m having some trouble figuring this out and would open a ticket but I can’t log in to the control panel. Questions:

1. Do I need to purchase an additional package to get the delegation feature that allows me to change the email notifications are sent to?

2. When I try to log in to the control panel, it says wrong email/password. There are 4 users on this website, all of us admins. Whose email is the control panel set up under?

3. There is a notification that says my trial has expired however it appears to still be active. Is this a paid plugin or free?

@carazo ah, ok I see it now however all it downloaded was the title for each field. No actual customer data.

And then yes, it would definitely be easier to find if you changed the wording of the plugin in the admin sidebar + moved all those tabs down lower on the page. I totally missed them at first because they’re above all the notices.

Hi, yes that is the button I’m referring to. It was working great before we redirected their domain and then it just disappeared. There is the “print actions” box is still there but the box above it where you purchase the labels is gone. I’ll send an email to support.
