For what I saw today, there is no clear association between plugins and bug, but I suspect it may depend from “Simple Custom CSS and JS”, but just an idea not proof of concept. When I try to add specifical scripts for customization, something breaks your plugin. But just removing them or unload from website is not enough.

Cache plugin seems to be not related, in my opinion for now.

I had same problem, you can try to rollback plugin to 2.0.0 version and it works as a workaround. Versions 2.0.10 and 2.0.9 not working. 2.0.0 is ok for PHP 8.1

Use WP Rollback for doing work and – of course – ignore update notification for some days.

Same problem here, tried some retro-versions with no success. In a single case new jQuery does not allow to work WordPress in all interactive / JS part, either back and front-end.

A little workaround should be putting this in the wp-config.php:

define( 'CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false ); 
define( 'SCRIPT_DEBUG', true );

jQuery loaded is 3.5.1, but not working as usual until today.
Any other help would be great.

Real problem for many blogs.
Some idea could be putting noindex meta tag on that pages, same thing they do some years ago when was possibile putting /page in noindex.

I suppose that Yoast could put a simple option for deindexing (i.e <meta noindex>) with some new update. I really hope that!

it seems noindex for part of a webpage is not working on web results. No way to hide a part of HTML text to Google, as I read.

Maybe problem cannot be solved at all?
