He’s using the Divi theme and attempting to assist me with the issue below…
Nearly a month ago our site event registration system stopped working with the Divi theme. I’ve tried disabling plugins and all the other usual things and the only thing that worked was switching to the default WP2015 theme. Obviously, that isn’t an option as we’d like to retain the use of Divi.
We’ve been using the licensed version of WP Event Register with the coordinator module for more than a year now with no real issues. On our upcoming courses page, you click a course name an it just scrolls down a bit rather than opening the course enrollment fields. If I enroll from the individual course pages it sort of works… it just won’t send confirmation emails or display the payment screen.
Example URL: https://www.onedefense.net/courses/upcoming-courses/
We really need to get this resolved very soon or we have to switch to a different registration system.
Thanks in advance for any insight.
Oddly, I have the web site back but the admin area remains blank. Anyone see that before? Running PHP 5.4 now.
Had to of my sites also go blank after updating to 3.7 due to this plugin. I normally just click the update now button within WP and all is well.

In reply to: [Participants Database] Full size images not displayingThanks for the tip. I checked into that but both sites appear to be exactly the same in that regard. They are running on the same shared host and have the same setup/permissions. Both sites are nearly identical in fact in terms of theme and plugins being used. I’m scratching my head a bit and hunting for any possible difference or potentially conflicting plugin but nothing yet.

In reply to: [Job Manager] CV's visible on Google – how do I remove?!Just discovered this as well. Any luck with a fix yet?
Well, in your case the glitch is understandable. In my case, it was up and running fine and about an hour later it has locked me out completely on one site, a second site is now returning 503 and 404 errors and isn’t responding in any way-shape-form, and a third site had a failed install apparently resulting in a white page for the admin area.
It is a bit laughable that it somehow flagged me as a fake Google bot for simple trying to log into the wp-admin area of the site (with correct credentials). It was literally a “what the h#ll?!” moment… there is clearly an issue with the Fake Google bot setting. I tried changing that option via the config file for Wordfence but it made no difference. Like you said, I was likely already blacklisted in the database as well.
So I have three different sites on different servers all misbehaving. It doesn’t exactly inspire confidence, you know? I’m extracting it from the sites now and will keep an eye on the forums to see if some of these common issues get sorted out in time.
I’d love it if it worked.
Been there cursing that as I type this. I’ve never had ANY WordPress plugin melt things down so quickly and effectively. It seems to work OK for a number of people but after working OK initially it seems to have crashed and burned hard on three different sites and now I’m cleaning up the mess. What a complete and utter pain in the ass this plugin is.
Having the same exact issue… on several sites. Wound up nuking the entire wordfence directory within the plugins folder. Seemed like a great idea but work about as good as a steaming pile of #$%^.
