What do you mean when you say that my site isn’t responsive? Is that a bad thing?

My hosting company has resolved this issue for me. I had a bad path setting for media uploads. He went to: Settings – Media and cleared it so that WordPress would use its own default media upload path (which is the wp-content/uploads folder). That’s how he resolved this issue for me. I hope it’s able to help someone else who might be having the same issue as I had. I was ready to hire someone to fix this for me and all it was, was a bad path setting. I just did all the things you suggested Christine and my images still aren’t showing up. Do you have any other suggestions?

It’s not part of a multisite category. Sorry about that. I didn’t know the difference.

Also, would you be able to recommend someone who could fix this for me in case I’m not able to fix it? I don’t have a lot of time to try and figure this out. I still have to post to my site and I need images to go with it. Thanks.

The thing is that uploading the images worked fine a week ago. I haven’t added any new plugins either. I deactivated all my plugins but that didn’t work. I switched to a different theme but that didn’t work. I recently updated some plugins but I’m not sure if that would matter since I deactivated them all. I will try resetting the plugins folder.

That’s ok, I figured it out. It’s the TinyMCE Signature plugin.

Problem solved. The TinyMCE Signature plugin, when activated, will not allow the “Update Profile” button to work which is located within the “Your Profile” section in “Users”.

Can you by chance tell me which plugin wasn’t compatible with it? I’m having the same issue.
