In reply to: [Lite Video Embed] Not showing thumbnailsI found that the custom thumbnails I had uploaded were causing the issue and was able to upload new versions that worked.
Great, thanks for getting on that so quick!
This is for the Automatic Receipt page setting, if I choose a specific page with the shortcode it works fine.
Please make sure to follow this info I also sent:
One thing that sometimes shows English and gets stored in your database and needs to be manually updated is the order statuses. In your WordPress admin, go to Sunshine > Settings > General > Order Statuses.

In reply to: [Search Field for Gravity Forms] Display any custom metadata by keyLooks like when I pushed the update to www.ads-software.com there was an error I didn’t notice. I just redid it and now the plugin has been updated to 1.1. You should see this as an automatic update very shortly.
Sunshine relies on volunteer translators and it appears Portuguese is not fully complete yet. You can find the translations here and help out if you want: https://explore.transifex.com/wp-translations/sunshine-photo-cart/
You can use Loco Translate to finish off any translations just for your site though.
Which text specifically was still in English and I can double check that it is set to allow translations.

So what appears to have happened is UA and GA4 were setup within analytics.google.com initially. However, when setting up the Site Kit plugin, the plugin automatically setup an additional GA4 property as there are now two GA4 properties for this account.
I don’t know if things need to be checked with the plugin to ensure that the added GA4 isn’t being automatically generated when it already exists.
So the code snippet shows:
gtag(“config”, “G-VNQ1ND41YV”);
But the GA4 property says to use “G-B9N8YSX3VT” (Screenshot sent earlier: https://share.getcloudapp.com/NQujBjAD)
Why is it using the wrong GA4 tag and how do we get it to use the right one?
Official response from Analytics Help Center team aligns with what I am seeing: The GA4 tag is not on the website.
Screenshot of the email I got: https://share.getcloudapp.com/WnuDW6E8
So there does seem to be an issue with the plugin or our setup that is not doing GA4 tracking.
On analytics.google.com:
There is data in UA: https://share.getcloudapp.com/E0uZJZOr
But not in GA4: https://share.getcloudapp.com/NQujBjAD
I see no mention of the GA4 tracking code embedded in the website code, only UA. From what I see, Site Kit doesn’t do anything related to GA4 – what did we set up wrong?
