I am running into a similar issue. I purchased the Pro/Personal version of the Responsive Poll plugin and received a receipt from the payment processing company right away. But I have not received any instructions on how to obtain the paid version of the plugin. I sent an email through the Contact Us page of the Total Soft site, but I have not received any reply. I was expecting the upgrade to be instantly available as most other plugins are.
