Let me do some more planning for this.
At present only New Zealand customers must pay tax. So, if a USA customer adds a product to the Cart, then in the Cart Total should say just the price without tax. It has been hard for me to set this up.
One problem is that many of my products cannot be updated. I cannot change the price and variables for this product and press Update. Nothing happens, even in other browsers.

Thanks for getting back to me.
I would like all products to have %15 tax added to the Price($) variable.
I don’t need the prices to display the fact that Tax is included, except at Checkout, it should say %15 GST inclusive.Does this make sense? How can I achieve this?

Actually it seems like my login is frequently being disabled due to ‘bruteforce’ attacks…hackers I guess..it comes back after 20 minutes but jeeezz it’s happening alot.
I’ll look into it more.

Thanks for following up I never got the reminder for your second support email.
I followed your instructions and have not had any success with this.
The categories haven’t been deleted, and the new category + product haven’t redirected to that old category descriptions page. Drat! Wish I knew what happened ??Any other ideas?

Thanks so much for your advice. I’m afraid I’ll never solve this issue…
I have updated the permalinks, but no change.
I’m using Jigoshop 1.17.7. I haven’t upgraded yet as I fear more unexpected issues might arise.Any other ideas as to how this page could have disappeared? (it’s not actually a ‘page’..it just draws information from product categories and displays it in a ‘page-like’ way).

I regenerated the emails, then after a test they self regenerated again.I’ve since deleted the duplicates.
Shandi – check your hosting email account (not your personal/work email). I went into mine accidentally and found that from April 9th, my server was BLOCKING outgoing emails related to my shop orders. They fixed it and now it works fine…well…much better.
