In reply to: [File Manager] Impossible de se connecter au backend. HTTP error 0Hi, thank-you for your answer. I confirm the issue do not come from your plugin. The given solution do not work for me. However, it seems to have a conflict with WP Rocket (in deactivating it, the issue is solved). I’m going to look to this side. Best regards, Micha?l

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Phone number field not synchi @ryanhungate, thank-you for your answer. I’ve added the code in my custom function.
Something great happens… The mobile number synchronisation works! I don’t know why now…
Now, I have to check with the SMS platform (Textmagic) if the non international numbers can work to send SMS.
Thank-you so much for your support!
Best regards,
Micha?l

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Phone number field not synchi @ryanhungate and thanks for reaching out.
Could you tell me please how to enable the remote support option?
It is like a temporary access generated by a third party plug-in?
Best regards,

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Phone number field not synchi @khungate,
thanks a lot for your answer and sorry for answering with some delay (I was in holiday last week).
Your question regarding the phone format make sense.
In MailChimp, the used format is “International” which is right because we have customers form different countries:
https://www.loom.com/i/12457ac96ff0456bac4f3e5efde4bba6
Also, I’ve checked the format of the phone numbers already registered in Woocommerce and… it’s a mess! When a user create it’s account, he’s not force to user the international format:
https://www.loom.com/i/f7b7f4048da84593b4ff62ca041c7062
I think the error could come form that: as MailChimp is searching for international type numbers, when it tries to synchronize a none international number, the synchronisation fails. What do you think?
So, what I have to do now is:
- update every customer number to the international format (does the international format use the “+” or the “00”?).
- update the costumer subscription form to force the international format for future phone numbers.
- retry the synchronisation.
Thanks i advance for your precious help,
best regards

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Different behaviour in variations drop down menuhi @roxannestoltz @xue28,
I’d like to add an information regarding the products’ import. My client manage its shop with the online platform Hiboutik. I export a CSV file from Hiboutik and import it in WooCommerce.
Here is the file I used to import the products with stock bugs:
Hope it helps,

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Different behaviour in variations drop down menuHi Roxy,
From what I gather after further investigation, the
in-stock
products here are XS, S, M, L, and XL, while the remaining variations areout-of-stock
, is this correct?Yes, you’re right.
would you please share a screenshot of the variations settings for the out-of-stock variation, as well as the in-stock variation, for this particular product
Also, please share a screenshot of the Attributes area, as seen below:
Additionally, please clarify if you are using any custom code on your site (via code snippets or custom CSS). If so, please can you try temporarily disabling this and check if it makes any difference, as custom code can also cause this type of issue.
As I changed the theme to Storefront and as I deactivated all plug-ins but WooCommerce, no custom code are running.
Thank-you very much for your kind support,
best regards,
Micha?l
