Hello,

I already did “delete facebook connection settings” and all the connection settings are ok, with the user and pages having access to all data, so this should not be the issue.

But then I put a product to out of stock, it did not update.

Yes, I read on the forum at other topic and installed it.

But the single option there is to: “choose a number store”
And then I see a table with the invoice numbers.
But no other setting or tab.

@harvis I solved this SYNC issue by unchecking the “hide out of stock products” option in woocommerce.

But I added a custom code in functions.php to still hide.
The codes are here https://quadlayers.com/hide-out-of-stock-products-woocommerce/

Now all products sync to facebook, with in-stock / out-of stock availability, and in the ads only the in-stock appear.

I think this is a good temporary fix until this plugin is updated.

And for one of my other sites I solved this SYNC issue temporarily until this plugin gets updated by unchecking in woocommerce settings the “hide out of stock products” option and now all the products are synced.

And to still be able to hide the products from my store I added a custom code in functions.php.

Ok, thanks!
Problem still persists, some out of stock products are showing.

For now, I am switching to other woocommerce module to sync products to facebook, because we are losing money on our ads promoting out of stock products.
