Hi Bart,

I now encounter another problem.
The printer is recognized, but it will not print.
I can push the “verzend label” button, but nothing happens.
Only a pop-up opens.

Do you have any ideas? Or has this something to do with the WIN OS 8.1 & Dymo software?

I tried Chrome and it works right away.
Strange that it doesn’t work with IE 11.

Hi Bart,

We are using Windows 8.1.
I installed the Dymo software on each computer in our network and selected the Dymo 400 printer, which is shared from one of the computers.
We can print from the Dymo software without a problem.
