The mail never send out. I tested it now with checking-time 5 min and “send out after 5 min” but still no mail or log-entrie… Maybe it’s a system bug because I got mails in the past (I tested some settings but don’t know anymore.) May there be a problem with the setup for the mail ?

Is that correct ?

I’ve currently set Berlin in the timezone. I’ve tried UTC+2 but it didn’t change anything. Since it’s not my Server (only hosted) I can only imagine but it should be Berlin or UTC+2.

As you can see in the screenshot, we tried multiple times (last a few minutes ago) and the time (send date) is correct but it does not trigger the Mail-sendout…

I’ve used SEPA for testing as it’s the easierst to test with a complete payment round without accually adding a test-environment (like with paypal)

Currently not but my personal visits should be more then enougth to trigger Cron.

Should there be a renewal-setup ?

I ordered though frontend this morning at 01:05 but until not (12:25) I didn’t recieve any mail :/

Yes. The purchase comes from a second testing account from the frontend. I’ve tried SEPA Lastschrift (like manual collecting money from the buyers account)

I tried and the mail comes like 10 Hours later than added in the backend. (check every minute and send 0 min after purchase)

Can you help me check why this keeps happening?

thanks for the fast reply. I tested the plugin on a complete fresh WP installation with everything updated and it’s the same problem. There is no WYSIWYG Editor because I did my email in the text (code) tab.

The E-Mail log-Plugin also only shows an empty space when entering [password_url] in the mail.

What else can I do to fix the problem ?

Yes. I followed the page.
On the NotificationsLog it sais

Failed
Error: The notification was set as "Scheduled" but the cron task is not found
(asynchronous)

I changed it to ASync but that changed nothing :/
And I can’t add a CronJob, because I don’t have access to the host provider… :/
Is there anything else I can try?

okay. So I wrote to the programmers of the Divi Contect Form 7 Plugin and they answered me the following:
“Contact Form 7 does not provide the error messages. So we can’t show the error messages. However, we will add the forbidden-mouse-icon in the next update.”

Maybe you could add this in the next update ?? ?

And I think it’s the Divi Contact Form 7 Plugin that causes the error. It add’s a Grid-System and I think this whole Plugin causes the error…
I already wrote the author’s of the plugin and I will write my solution (if there is one) when they replied.
