It’s working now. It was this plugin that was causing the error

The plugin was not enabled, it was turned off. But as soon as I deactivated it, the error went away.

For what it’s worth, I was never able to import more than the one user with this plugin or any other plugin. I kept trying over and over, lost so much time…. It was faster to just add the users individually. I think it has something to do with multisite (using just a subsite of a multisite) together with Buddypress.

Just noticed that the paths are all pointing to the main site, but I am trying to import into a subsite. Not sure if that is relevant…

I think they’re not correct because they do not work at all. Please tell me what I’m doing wrong.

Regarding your other suggestions, thank you but I want to offset only the gallery’s landing point. And adding extra padding to the top of the gallery does not look too good.

Hey thanks for responding. Yes, I tried using the statecode. It still does the same thing as using the State as a word. Always the same…. When you look in Constant Contact, at the list view which shows everyone’s name, email, city and state…. the state is blank, empty. But when you look at the individual contact record which shows complete address, the state is there.

I asked Constant Contact and of course, they do not help as this plugin does not belong to them.

If you already set up the feed to connect the fields, it’s possible that the labels are causing the issue. This happened to me. When you go into your Constant Contact account and see the list of names, it shows you the “email” column. But when you click on a person’s name and look inside the record, the email field has a label like “home” email or “work” email or “other” email. The information has to flow into “other” email. I had to ask Constant Contact to change all the email labels to the default of “other”. They did that for me. Then it worked correctly.
