In reply to: [Booster for WooCommerce] Checkout Custom Fields and Order Notes SectionHey, thanks for the response. Its maybe easier to describe the process as I cant screen shot something not appearing haha ??
1 > Enable Check out Custom fields plugin
2 > Enable Custom Field
3 > Create a custom field
4 > Choose Section > Order notes
5 > Go to order page. If you have chosen shipping section this field appears under shipping as shown below in yellow, however if you choose Order Notes section it doesn’t appear under order notes. We cant find where it appears on the orders page ?Hi to all interested, I have been able to fix the problem of the registration process not working (registering and then clicking login to site and the password being incorrect) the issue was that the Ultimate Member form filed ‘password’ had been created as a custom block and did not have the same ‘Meta Key’ as one-another.
So in short to fix the error we created two exact field entries for the password block with the same Meta Key ‘user_password’ and this fixed the issue.
Thank you @missveronicatv for all your support helping NYC it is immensely appreciated – take care ??
@missveronicatv – having looked at the Javascript troubleshooting step you related to last week, I have been able fix the JavaScript Error issue thanks again for your help.
Have you got any more possible troubleshooting steps for this issue, your help with this is greatly appreciated ??

@missveronicatv – I have just tested using the theme twenty twenty three and the problem still happens – ‘Login failure from clicking log in to your site’.
Have you got any further ideas? Thank you in advance
@missveronicatv – the issue still happens even with all plugins disabled so cannot be a WP 2FA specific issue, thank you for your help so far on this it is greatly appreciated
@missveronicatv I am pleased to read your site is working with the plugin and you can follow the registering pages.
Are you able to help my site any further? I have configured WP 2FA correctly and Ultimate Member which is what records the users. Thanks
@missveronicatv – that is correct, the 2FA plugin is required for the process of setting that up once logged in for the first time. The issue is that after being approved as a member/subscriber of the site the log-in always fails.
We are aware of the 2 work-arounds of resetting the password via the link or manually creating one in WP Users but this is not feasible.
Thanks for your support and look forward to the update
@missveronicatv – Approved go to your email confirming this and try logging in ??
@missveronicatv thank you for your help with this it is immensely appreciated – we had to restore the website from a backup so your user was no longer awaiting review.
Can you try registering one final time? Thank you in advance
@missveronicatv – can you try registering again please – when I went to approve your membership it stated the following screenshots:

https://nyes.digital/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/screenshot-2023-jun-2-3.pngHi @missveronicatv – apologies we were not expecting that and we deleted it as we thought it was SPAM.
Please try again if that is okay – how do we fix the Javascript error you have referred too?
I have added the exceptions to the WP Super Cache Plugin as provided in the documentation you sent through:
https://nyes.digital/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/screenshot-2023-jun-2.pngHowever am still getting the ‘password is incorrect. Please try again.’ issue as shown below:
https://nyes.digital/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/screenshot-2023-jun-2-1.pngDisabling the plugin does not resolve the issue as previously tested and deleting all browser cache and history.
Have you got any more ideas on this, this is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Hi @rajat1192 that would be great thank you for this, I have created a ticket on your system as requested ??
Hello @rajat1192 – after installing the plugin which does support php8 and going through the Calendar/ .ics configuration (ensuring the events will be added to ‘The Events Calendar’ the import still did not work. Instead does as it did before:
“There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.
