done ??????
Have a great weekend !
Oh dear, I was stupid…. even though I did not mention it explicitly, you realized my problem: I hadn’t CSS Classes enabled on that site. I wasn’t even aware that it’s available ….
Thank you for the eye-opener! Of course it works like expected now!!I don’t see how to do this. I only want to avoid the translation of ONE menu item (one link), not the whole menu.
We’re using the free version of the plugin and don’t have an account to access a Dashboard for further settings.

In reply to: [Simple User Avatar] Plugin not working anymore?Hi Matteo
I just wanted to let you know that the plugin is working without any problems on our latest environment (new server setup, only few plugins installed). So it might be a different issue with the other server.
Good to be closed.
Have a great time

In reply to: [Simple User Avatar] Plugin not working anymore?Update:
I was able to find a test server from one of the old webs, where the plugin was working correctly. I updated this test server to WP 6.4.3 and the plugin is still working. That’s the good news.
One more difference I can see is the PHP version on the server. Could this be an issue? the server where the plugin is working correctly are running PHP 7.4.3, the new one is on PHP 8.1.0Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Simple User Avatar] Plugin not working anymore?I am currently working on a brand new web where the users did not have an avatar image before. I tried to add them using the plugin as before on other webs, but after selecting an image from the library, the image is not being displayed in the profile image section. Instead there is the message “You’re seeing the default profile picture.” as well as a REMOVE button – but there is no picture at all. I tried selecting an image again, save – and the message is gone, but still no image.
I tried with different users and images, but always the same.
As said: the current site is running WP 6.4.3, the old one (where the images are still being displayed) is running on 6.3.3Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WordPress Popular Posts] Plugin showing duplicatesHi Hector
Ah, I see that I misunderstood your response. Ups… I thought YOU would ask SlideAnything, but then I will do. No problem ??
In the old thread you originally mentioned, that the WPP list is dynamic and for that reason the current solution could cause problems. But the posts in the Top 9, that we are currently showing, are not new and each of then has already hundreds if not thousands of views. I doubt that the dynamic list is the reason, to be honest.
But yes, I will go and ask if they do see another option.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WordPress Popular Posts] Plugin showing duplicatesHi Hector
Thanks for following up – this solution would of course suit us just as well. And it might even be easier to read.I’m just surprised that the problem is currently only occurring in two out of nine posts. But yes, I’m curious to see if it can be solved differently and look forward to hearing from you!

In reply to: [WordPress Popular Posts] Critical Error on Settings changeWe have 256MB allocated memory but it’s still not working.
There might be another plugin blocking this, as it’s been working on the test environment (where not all of the plugins are installed).
Will install one after the other on test and see when I am getting the error again. How did I not find this? Thank you!!

In reply to: [WordPress Popular Posts] Critical Error on Settings changeWill give it a try with extended memory allocation first.
I’ll keep you posted!

In reply to: [WordPress Popular Posts] Critical Error on Settings changeI tried to change the setting “Refresh cache every:” from “1 minute” to “12 hours”.
The log offers quite more rows, but this one above (as one of many similar) seems to be related to this setting.
I can send you the full log files (or save them somewhere) if needed.Forum: Plugins
