In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Critical / Fatal Error with Varnish After UpdateThat fix seems to have taken care of the issue. Thank you for your quick assistance!
Will I need to add that line again in the future after updates or am I all set going forward?

In reply to: Allowing users to download original (not webp) imagesAh, okay thank you. It could be that we recently migrated to a hosting service that provides Cloudflare enterprise integration but I don’t get to see any of those settings. Image optimization was mentioned. Maybe Cloudflare is serving the webp images. I’m seeing now that there aren’t even any actual webp versions of stored in my media libarary.
Sorry for the confusion.

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Object Cache Prevents Scheduled Posts from PublishingIt is not checked.
The other checkbox there (“Store transients in database”) is checked, but I tested with that checked/unchecked and it was irrelevant.
Let me know if you need any additional system information. Obviously this is a free plugin and can’t be expected to work perfectly for everyone, but since it is working great in other respects, I’ll do whatever I can do to help get its full functionality.

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Object Cache Prevents Scheduled Posts from PublishingI will also add, for anyone else reading this who may be struggling with the same troubleshooting, that one of the common solutions offered on the web is to disable the default WP Cron functionality via wp-config.php and then manually trigger cron via cPanel or some other hosting level cron job. I wanted to say that I tried this, and this does not work for this particular situation. The only solution was to disable W3 Total Cache’s object caching.
I did not, I just ended up leaving the plugin disabled just until today, when I turned it back on. So far, so good, so it is possible that one or the other party altered something that resolved the issue. We’ll see!
Since I have the pro version I have submitted this via the plugin developer’s website. I will close this one and wait for a response there.
You are indeed correct. I tried it in an incognito window in Chrome and it worked just fine. Very strange. I will start enabling/disabling extensions to see which one is running into trouble. Thank you for your help.
Hi Stoyan! I would definitely like to help you investigate, however my fulltime job is updating/managing this website and so I am required to make edits throughout the day and cannot have the plugin enabled while I am working. However, if you were able to give me a timeslot of several hours during the day, I could enable it for you during a specific time. OR, I could enable it when I go home for the day at 5PM CST (United States) and that may be good enough for your time zone to troubleshoot when I am out of the office. Then I would disable it again at 8 AM CST. If that works for you, let me know and I will enable it at 5PM CST today.
Sure, I will try to keep it activated as much as I can today but I do need to edit intermittently so it’ll be deactivated at certain times.
In the meantime, here is a video showing you exactly what is happening:

Let me know if that helps.
I will also add that this problem began this week, and Divi released a significant update for their theme that altered performance in many ways. I am sure your plugin works well with Divi generally (I never had problems before), but is it possible that you have not tested your plugin with the recent Divi update?
This sounds exactly like the issue I’m having with Divi. Visual editor is un-usable but if I disable SiteGround Security, all returns to normal. I have a separate topic open for my issue, but wanted to let the original poster here know their not alone.
Hello, I apologize for the late response. I have marked this one “not resolved” and will provide any info you need.
I now have this happening on several of my Divi websites. The visual builder is enabled and when I try to add a module in Divi or open module/section/row settings modals, the content all disappears.
Here is an example website: newageindustrial.com
SiteGround Security is disabled currently because I have to be able to modify the site pages. The same thing happened on grm.net and notesofahermit.com.

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] reconnect catalogueIt is still happening for me as of right now. I have replied to our support ticket with you and provided you with admin credentials to our site in order to take a look.

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] reconnect catalogueI tried this just now (about 2 minutes ago) and I’m still getting the same thing. Click the button, acts like it might be doing something, then I get the button again. I have recorded a GIF of what it is doing, if you’d like me to provide that just let me know what email to send it to.
