I searched the forum and found that there is a css code that can be added to resolved the problem. The first code did not work, but the second code worked.
The code is: “ul.slides li{max-height: 401px !important;}”

Since I do not have the pro version I downloaded a plugin that allowed me to add custom css and js. The plugin is called “Simple Custom CSS and JS”.
It can be found when searched through WordPress Admin and adding a new plugin or at this site: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/custom-css-js/

When I checked on my page today, I could see the options there; so I guess it takes a day for it to update and show up.
However, when I selected the the dates and the style, it does not show up on my page. Can you please explain why it’s not live and being displayed on my website?

I rang my hosting company to for the log on details to have access to the FTP client server. After logging in he asked me why I needed access t it and I explained the problem. He said he’ll have a look at it and he fixed it.
So far, I haven’t had a reply from this support page for the plugin. Not impressed, but thanks to the person at the hosting company, he fixed it, even though it’s a wordpress hosting site and not one of their own.
They get a big thumbs up from me.

I tried to update it but it came back with an error message. It won’t let me change the status to automatic updating it either. I don’t know how to attach a screenshot of it with this post.
I posted a ticket on that wordpress plugin as well, but no replies so far.

I just entered the address of wp-fonfig.php after my website’s address and got the following error message:
“Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.”
Am I doing something wrong? How do I get access to the config settings?
Also, I can’t scroll down to the see the whole list on the left hand side anymore, which means that I don’t have access to the menu on my admin site. I can’t do anything now really. This has gotten worse!
If I could upload a screenshot for you to see I could but I don’t know how to do that. I can’t see any option for me to upload anything.

Thank you for the reply, I’ll have a look at how to disable the warning messages from the front end. I’m new to WordPress so I’ll try my best to follow the instructions, but the lack of support on the phone is the only disadvantage that WordPress has over other hosting companies.
I thought I was placing my question in the correct category but thanks for pointing me in the wrong direction. It’s so difficult to find exactly what you want as there is so much information and I get lost.
I’ve posted the same issue at that other website as well, so hopefully, someone will be able to help me.
