I have a question related to allowing readers to post comments. It looks like after WP was upgraded to the latest version, readers can’t post any more comments on older posts. I went to the WP settings for discussion and there seems to be nothing to prevent comments being posted. I’d appreciate any help.

That worked! Thanks a lot for all your help. Now I am able to see the box on older posts as well.

I did exactly as suggested. But, when I go to the posts no comment box shows and at the bottom it still says “comments are closed”.

For some strange reason, only the most recent post has the comment box. If you try to go back to the older posts, none of them has it. I would appreciate any suggestions to fix the problem as many readers want to post comments/questions. Thanks a lot.
