Thanks, but the suggestion to “rollback” did it for me.
I’ll just leave it for now and wait until this issue has been resolved before updating again. Simple enough fix!
ThanksNah. I was logged in as an admin, and I cleared every form of cache I could think of before coming to ask for support. I’ll try rolling back in the morning and see how that goes.
Quick note…
I’ve validated it (no problems) and I don’t see any “open <div> tags” within the code on the live site. Those seem to be 2 “fixes” that worked for others (but not for me).Forum: Plugins

One site (out of about 15) will connect, and the rest will “time out.”
I’ve gone into the back-end, and it’s linked up correctly.
Everything is up to date as well.
This happened suddenly, and is not correcting itself.Were you ever given a solution???
(I tried multiple browsers on several devices. No firewall or AV active AT ALL…still same issue)

Thanks for the quick reply… it managed to sort itself out on it’s own.
The theme side-bar was NOT in place. It was a conflict between your plugin and divi (utilized the same ID’s on a few things which caused a lot of styling issues). Once I realized that’s what was happening I could address it..
It was creating an essential side-bar net to the existing sidebar and “squishing” all content on the left side.
