Wootique theme, wordpress, or bluehost error?

  • Hello, I am new to wordpress, I am fairly good at designing at this point. I have a wordpress site that is not showing up, I installed wootique theme and designed a very good website on it. But this website is only visible if am logged in as administrator. If am not logged in, nothing is visible. It says “website coming soon”, I have never experienced such a situation. So other people can’t see my website.

    This is the site; https://www.drakeinfotech.com/wordpress4/shop/. I target the shop tab because I ended up delete the wootique home tab while trying to debug the problem.
