I’d love to get some of these features included. There are other projects at the moment that are demanding my attention, so I may not be able to get to these right away. I haven’t personally tested it wit Event Tickets Plus, but assuming you are placing orders with WooCommerce’s checkout page, the answers to those additional questions will get tied to the WooCommerce order info. They won’t show up in the event ticket’s information (assuming it’s saved separately) though.
Basically, any responses will show up in the order info in WooCommerce > Orders > Order Details page.

Are you using the webhook in MailChimp or ActiveCampaign?

For this plugin to work as described, you would need some of the paid add-ons.

To add appointments to a Google Calendar, you would need our Zapier add-on. Those appointments can be created as “projects” or “tasks” in the CRM through the Gravity Forms or Ninja Forms add-on.
To create the customer are, you would use our Client Area add-on, and embed the scheduling form in the password protected area.

To export customers, you would need the Import/Export Contacts add-on. While it doesn’t filter the contacts by the segmentation criteria, it can easily be filtered in a program like Microsoft Excel, or Google Sheets to filter out the relevant results.

The code will get emailed to the subscriber after they have joined the list.
Often times with opt-in lists, the visitor has to confirm their email before being added to the list. If we showed them the discount code right away after submitting the signup form, they’d have no incentive to confirm their email address.

You would need to use the signup form provided by either MailChimp or ActiveCampaign for people to subscribe, or use a third party plugin (like Optinmonster or others). This plugin provides a discount code after they have completed the signup process, but doesn’t have a signup form built in.

This plugin will automatically send the email to new users on your list. It does not use MailChimp to send the email, it uses your site’s mailing feature the same way an order confirmation email, or password reset email would be sent to the customer.

If the emails are not being sent, make sure you have the plugin set up correctly by following the instructions in the plugins FAQ section https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/subscriber-discounts-for-woocommerce/#faq

Without having access to your child theme, my guess is that the child theme is inserting the featured image in a different way than this plugin was designed to handle it.
