after further investigation I have discovered that an ad-on product was not checked as virtual and therefore forcing PayPal to require shipping. That part has now been resolved. When I am viewing the transaction in PayPal now, it is showing as “Add Tracking” -if I understand your comments above correctly, it should be displaying “no shipping needed” so I am still not quite there. I did reach out to PayPal Merchant support – they referred me to the plugin developer advising PayPal only processes the information submitted in the transaction… this leads me to think that the “No Shipping Needed” is somehow not being transmitted to PayPal?
Thank you for reaching our samsteely, however the products are already marked as virtual and downloadable on the product settings, however, when I go into the COMPLETED order in Woocommerce, it is showing as shipped – and Carrier as Canada Post. When I login to PayPal Account, it is prompting me to print shipping label, since there is no shipping required I have to manually select shipped, then no tracking information required. It is my understanding this shipping information should not be happening on the PayPal side and I am at a loss as to how to bypass PayPal from requesting manual interaction for shipping information when it should not be being asked for at all.

In reply to: Blank page on “More Details” of all pluginsNotification I should remove inactive plugins – (Were only deactivated to try to resolve this issue) , should remove inactive themes (also only there due to try to use a default theme to resolve this issue) and should use persistent object cache, everything else good- says passed test at bottom of screen

In reply to: Blank page on “More Details” of all pluginsSorry for the confusion – when I go to install any new plugin, it doesn’t matter which plugin I select from the choices, when I try to view “More Details” … they all show a blank screen.
I should also add that if I click on “View Details” for an installed plugin, it also shows me a blank white page.

Thank You
Made the change in HTML editor and it works.
Not sure why they have a Visual Editor option – no matter what I enter using it, it does not save.
Issue has now been resolved – thank you.
should I assume that since there has been no answer that a resolution is not known?
There is no cache running on website, and Cloudfare cache has been disabled.
I am not sure if I was clear in my issue
Under Edit Filed (User Role) I have entered custom text instructions for the user when editing their membership. When I format the content using the content editor so that it will appear correctly on the website, it appears as I format it until I click on update. Once I click on update it becomes standard text blob with no formatting.

In reply to: [View Admin As] User Roles not showing membersThanks Jory – if I am understanding correctly I can change somehow so that if I have more than 100 users I can change that number to allow them to be shown under the role? Not being a programmer at all – can you advise how I would do this? I do not see in settings?

In reply to: [View Admin As] User Roles not showing membersYes that was the issue – sorry I missed the explanation in FAQ.
I still need clarification on this please – If the user has selected “Hide my profile from directory page” – how as an admin do I view the hidden or private profiles? Are you suggesting they are accessible through the users tab in dashboard – or that I should be able as an admin to see them on the Members page created using the Member Directory shortcode?
The “Profile Privacy” option only displays two options – “Everyone” and “Only Me” – you seem to be suggesting that I should be able to enter or select some sort of criteria in this field that would allow me to select “users, followers, friends? – can you please tell me how to do this?
Ultimately I want to be able to see all members on the members page as admin, and be able to edit their profiles. (Using the users tab in dashboard does not display all the custom fields I have setup for the user. I have a Members form configured to display selected fields to the general public – and all fields to logged in “Members and Admin” – the big catch here is that when user has selected “Hide my profile from directory page” – it is not showing even for me as admin.
