I have same exact issue. Wrote support weeks ago and no response. I just wrote support again… I can not activate license for my site. I was thinking of using this plugin setup for other domains as well but not sure after the lack of support. Fingers crossed for a response as requesting a refund should prove difficult I am sure. That will be my next step if I can not get this issue resolved.
