Today i had the same issue with 2.8.4

But it was only a misconfiguration in the “General Options” Menu.

I had to add a forwardslash (/) to the end of the WORDPRESS URL.

THat went well.

Is there any way to attach the article image right next to the article link in the sidebar widget??

i’ve tried using this:

but it isn’t working at all.. wp core just keep striping tags as usual .. only text works out..

that’s the comments-popup function.

I’m not quite sure how it works but it comes with the default install of wordpress.

I believe you should check out the settings in the Options menu –> comments to see if the POPUP comments appear or not.

I’m just trying to fix the nav buttons. They cannot seem to work

Me too.

Akward thing. Before upgrading to 2.3 the plug seems to work fine. Then it just stopped. I tried to upgrade cause it is not an option to downgrade. But no change.

If I place the object code alone it works but not with the plug. I test it from my work trying to figure if was only my PC and it didn’t work too.

SOLVED:

Just delete the CACHE FILES OFF FIREFOX and the editor should show up again.

also if you have ‘wp-cache’ plugin, remove cached files in the server.

I’ve tryed the site using IE and the bloody editor shows up entirely…

Damn cache files…

anyway. I’ve reuploaded the 2.1 files (wp-admin and wp-includes) and the hole bugger worked out finally.

Now all i have to do is wait to see if anyone fixes the upload issue.

Well that issue is solved too. Cached files screwed everything.

If you use firefox search for a FTP plugin.
So that way you can put your account info and upload your new theme to the wp-content/themes folder
