I’ve tried editing my child theme templates for woocommerce but when the preview emails it shows the changes but when I send the emails I am not receiving the changes I’ve made.
When I use the woocommerce preview emails it doesn’t show the emails I’ve changed with the email customeizer. It shows that the plugin is using these instead of the child theme templates. :
wp-content/themes/customify-child-theme/kadence-woocommerce-email-designer/templates/woo/emails/
The only time the changes are seen is in the preview of the customizer, but it doesn’t change the child theme templates at all.

How do I force it to use the child theme templates I edit?

I fixed it, I forgot to put
[order-id] in the email configuration.

Which is why I did this review, to get your attention as I’d like ot contact you. ??

Ok so they work in conjunction together. Or can I guess.
Yes I sell plants.
Plants weigh 8oz each. I want to charge the customer a live shipping rate via USPS depending on how many plants he purchases.
But I also sell fertilizer and that is shipping with a flat rate packaging.
So if the person buy 5 plants I want him charged a rate for 2-1/2 lbs for the plants because it is unpredictable how many plants a person may buy.
However the fertilizer is knows. 1 bag ships flat rate, so does 2-3 bags.

The fertilizer is heavy and needs the flat rate shipping, the plants are not heavy and many can be place in a container I use and ships cheaper than the fertilizer.

So two different ways are needed.

I’ll look at table rate shipping but that article is 4 years old and the plugin has changed since. ??

I’ll mark as resolved. I was using an email address associated with my aweber account adn it wasn’t liking it. changed email addresses and it works perfectly.

I can’t seem to get the thumbnails to work at all, I deleted the api re authed the api and the line I put in my blog is this:
