Thanks for the response, Ben. I guess here is the million dollar question, I noticed that this feature was anticipated being released over a year ago, and still isn’t ready for production. Can you share your anticipated release date? If it is within a week or 2 I’ll wait and gladly pay. If it is outside of that time frame I’ll switch from a multi vendor plugin to a multi store. Any input will be greatly appreciated and will help your users make key decisions. Thanks

After a user signs up he is redirected back to this same page.
Prior to this the problem was happening on another page and we had to clear out the temp folder to get it to work.
I went through your 4 suggestions above, but I am afraid that some of the settings might be still stuck in an on mode or something. Do you have any other solutions?

1. Okay, I installed https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/video-embed-thumbnail-generator/ and the video format plays if I post it in the text editor. If I post the embed code in your video embed field the code displays on the published view but the video doesn’t play.
2. I added the fly file through ftp bc it was a large file.

How do I get videos that are not Youtube or Vimeo to play in the “If video project” area of the portfolio? The embed code didn’t work.
