Yes, the last beta is ready to go. I just need to change its status to version 7.0.

Version 8 is in the works with some cool new features and speed improvements. I will be working on that this summer, with betas available as I go.

A couple things to check. What version of PHP are you running? Have you tried the latest beta?

Let me know if you want amazon.com searching in the admin section as well. Not sure if amazon.com will allow it, but if enough people want it, I will investigate how to.
