In reply to: [BuddyPress Links] White Screen of death since 0.9.1Sorry, I didn’t respond earlier. Yes, I had the same problem. I am a Pro subscriber and these base updates often mess up my installation.

In reply to: [Collaboration] Love this pluginbump!
Hmmm. I tried it before without the space and it didn’t work and now it does! Perhaps, it was some kind of cache weirdness. Thank you for the suggestion. I’m back in business!
I have found that the following doesn’t work. I get a page with blank content.
[s2If user_can(3, access_s2member_level0)]
User ID# 3 CAN access content protected at Level #0.
[/s2If]
[s2If user_cannot(3, access_s2member_level0)]
User ID# 3 CANNOT access content protected at Level #0.
[/s2If]That solved it for me! Thank you for posting this.

In reply to: [BuddyPress Global Search] Conflict with genesis themeBump. I’d like to sort this out, too.

In reply to: [Stream] Buyer BewareNotice, too, that their website has no support area, no email contacts, etc. They do not provide support – even if you pay. On the pricing page it says that pro members get “Priority Support”. Not true. They don’t get ANY support.

In reply to: [Stream] Access Denied and Account Not FoundWe subscribed using your site and not a WordPress.com ID. We are now locked out of the Stream service – it’s broken on our site and we cannot access our dashboard on your site. We have emailed you for two days now and had no response. We are a paying customer. What is going on over there?

In reply to: [Stream] Can't connect with my WP IDWe created an account directly on Stream but can no longer login. They are forcing WordPress.com id logins, but we didn’t subscribe to the Stream service with that login, so we are locked out. Plugin no longer works and there is no response from Stream support.

In reply to: [Stream] Stream API ErrorOur Stream integration is completely broken. We tried to disconnect and reconnect, but cannot reconnect since our login is with Stream and not WordPress.com. We have reported this issue to Stream 24 hours ago but no word from them. Support is very lacking – and we even paid for membership!
Buyer beware!Okay – I was being stupid…
I discovered a URI restriction AND another restriction in the s2-hacks.php file!
So, that was the problem… So many places to look and check!
In future, I’d be really grateful if s2member could bring the s2-hacks.php file into an editor area within the plugin (just like WP Appearance editor), so it’s a reminder to look there and double-check (not to mention, it would make it easier to edit).
Sorry for the kerfluffle.

In reply to: [Stream] Stream API ErrorIf anyone’s interested, I’m using “Activity Monitor” which is pretty rock-solid. Doesn’t have all the bells and whistles as Stream – but it works! Also, I like the fact that it shows what username & password combination people tried when they fail to login. This allows me to see patterns, as hackers try to hack.

In reply to: [Stream] Stream API ErrorI spoke to soon. I’d say that it throws up this error 9 times out of 10. Very frustrating. I haven’t been able to look at the Stream since early this morning, as it’s been down all afternoon.
Are you guys doing something to fix this?

In reply to: [Stream] Stream API ErrorNow, it’s working again. Seems to be very flaky, though.

In reply to: [Stream] Stream API ErrorI just upgraded to the Pro account and got more API errors. The Stream screen in WP told me to try disconnecting and re-connecting. Unfortunately, I cannot reconnect, now. I get this:
“There was a problem verifying your site with Stream. Please try again later.Stream API Error. Operation timed out after 5001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received.”
