In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] Can’t send mailsHi there,
Thanks for letting us know! I can see you have a few pending subscriptions from Feb 12 and Feb 24 and one approved subscription from February 14. Can you let us know if these are all for the same site?
If not, it’s possible you have the wrong API installed on your site. Please double check your account, and let us know if this is the case!
Hi Sylvana,
Thanks for getting in touch! Sounds like you’ve done all the steps correctly up until this point.
My hosters says there might be a problem, because I am using a German letter in my domain name thats not existing in other languages. my domain is:?rabenkr?uter.at?so that translates to:?xn--rabenkruter-r8a.at
When I searched for an account for rabenkr?uter.at there were no results, but there is one for xn--rabenkruter-r8a.at. So, you seem to be on the right track here. Please try this again using xn--rabenkruter-r8a.at to authenticate your domain.
If you have further issues, please let us know!
That makes sense, AdGuard is doing it’s job. Unfortunately in this case, most popups can be blocked by popup blockers.
Hey @laconicsky,
No need to share your email, I’ve found your account.
Thanks for the link, I tested the form on your contact page and it worked. The popup also appeared when I arrived on the page: https://d.pr/i/CVo43oIs it possible you have a really thorough ad blocker? I’ve tested on Chrome and Firefox with Adblocker Ultimate and Ghostery running.

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] translationHi Isidore, thanks for the reply!
Just to confirm, are your translations working again?
Please let us know!
Hey @esther0708,
Cool site! Sorry to hear about these errors when installing MailPoet. This extension was created to work flawlessly with WordPress, so when an issue like this occurs, it’s normally caused by a conflict with a third-party theme or plugin. The best way to diagnose the problem is with a conflict test.
How to test for conflicts
1. Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four.
2. Try to reproduce the problem: If the problem is resolved, it’s a theme conflict. If not, continue to the next steps.
3. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and MailPoet.
4. Try to reproduce the problem again. If the problem is resolved, it’s a plugin conflict. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, continue to the next step.
5. Reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
For more detailed instructions, check out?How to test for plugin and theme?conflicts.
You can clone your site to a staging environment and perform tests without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking to see if you have one available. You can also create one using the free?WP Staging?plugin.

Hey @farobag,
Thanks for getting in touch! When an account is suspended with this message it means there has been a high number of hard?bounced emails.
This means you’re sending newsletters to a big number of?invalid email addresses?and that can hurt our reputation as senders, thus affecting all our users.
You should have received an email from our team addressing the issues, please check your inbox.
You’ll be able to see the addresses marked as “Bounced” approximately 2 days after the sending by going to the MailPoet > Subscribers page and checking the “Bounced” category. See screenshot. Removing the addresses that were already marked as Bounced is not enough. MailPoet will not send to them anymore, rest assured, but we need to make sure the rest of your list is clean.
In order to reactivate your account, and be able to keep sending emails with us, please run your list through a cleaning service to help you get rid of some bad addresses before sending with MailPoet again.
Here are the steps to clean your list:
1) Export all your subscribers and run that list through a cleaning service.
2) Delete all your existing MailPoet subscribers. If you can’t delete them, please refer to this article.
3) Re-import only emails verified by the list cleaning service back into your MailPoet.
4) Contact us so we can restore the sending for your account.Reference: List Cleaning Service.
After doing it, contact us so we can restore the sending for you.
Hi @kappei,
Thanks for the message. This is likely due to an inherited style from the theme you are using. If you experiment with a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Four do you find the same behaviour?
You may be able to override this by adding the following CSS to your customizer:
@media?screen and (max-width: 499px)
.mailpoet_form_image?{
display: inline-block!important;
}Let us know if this helps!
Great! Pop your ticket number here as well, so we don’t miss you!
Hey @lkraav,
To confirm, are you using this PayPal Braintree extension?
If so, please head to woo.com/support, open a ticket and reference this forum thread.
Thanks!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] problema csvHi there,
Thanks for the reply. We’ve tested this CSV on our end, and we still believe this is specific to the OpenOffice program because we have been unable to reproduce this behaviour.
At this point, we can only suggest testing using another CSV editor without using the OpenOffice program, or reaching out to their support: https://www.openoffice.org/it/supporto/index.html for insight into this behaviour.
Hi @alchemy-creative,
Sorry to hear about your issue with the MailPoet page. Please review what captcha method you have set up under?MailPoet > Settings > Advanced
, and let us know what your settings are.
For more information: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/182-add-captcha-to-your-websites-formsLooking forward to hearing from you!
Hey @dalailama96,
Thanks for the screenshots! Quite strange, there must have been some kind of change to cause the shortcodes to suddenly stop working. Are you able to perform some conflict testing? This is best done on a staging site so you don’t interfere with live traffic.
- Temporarily switch to a default theme like?Twenty Twenty-Four.
- Try to reproduce the problem:?If the problem is resolved, it’s a theme?conflict. If not, continue to the next steps.
- Temporarily deactivate all plugins except MailPoet.
- Try to reproduce the problem again. If the problem is resolved, it’s a plugin?conflict. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, continue to the next step.
- Reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing?conflict.

Hey @wijrijswijk,
Thanks for getting in touch. Under the account for https://www.wijrijswijk.nl I see only one starter account, which is currently active.
If you have a Mailpoet Premium plugin but are using the free account, this would explain the message you are receiving.
If you have another premium account with us, please let us know!

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] Where is shortcode?Hey @voodoochill,
Good question, the shortcodes to seem to be a little hidden. Maybe it’s time to give Blocks a test drive!
If you enter the ID of the form, you should be able to use the following:
[mailpoet_form id="1"]
The form ID is found in your URL:
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=mailpoet-form-editor&id=2Hope this helps!
