Hi @teevee98,
I downgraded to Version 6.0.0 and now all is working normal again.
It seems like 6.1.1 is not stable. That doesn’t sound right, I suggest going to https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/ and creating a ticket.
Please supply your System Status Report and reference this thread in your message. Thanks!

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Mismatched value (page crawl) [price]Hi @alexliii,
BTW, CTX Feed Pro is much more flexible to set up lots google attributes like product_hight, shipping_label, handle_time, sales_effective _day…etc which is specially needed for some google campaign , so we have to use it for now.
Noted, and thanks for the screenshots!
We aren’t the developers of CTX Feed Pro and aren’t able to offer any assistance with this product. If the mismatched prices continue once this plugin is disabled, we’ll be happy to assist.
In the meantime, I recommend reaching out to the developers of CTX Feed Pro for more assistance, they can be found here: https://webappick.com/my-account/contact-support/

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Google Merchant ListingHi @dradosvetov,
I only wanto to sync the English version as the Bulgarian is not supported.
The products are translated into two versions.
I think the problem is that the Bulgarian version is the main language which cannot be synced for the reason above and the English version inherits the settings from the Bulgarian version.
Okay, thanks for the information. Well, that makes a bit of sense. Google Listings & Ads detects your site’s default language, which is found under Settings > General.
It may be worth a shot switching the default language to English to see if this changes anything. It should be noted that WMPL isn’t one of our products, so we can’t offer too much insight into the inner workings. It may be helpful to reach out to their support as well for any insight. In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Google Merchant ListingHi @dradosvetov.
Thanks for the clarification. To be sure I understand what’s going on here you have two versions of your products, English and Bulgarian and you want to sync the English product to Google Listings and Ads. Is this right?
Are there actually two separate products, or is it one product which has been translated into two versions?
If you have two separate products, you can choose to exclude the Bulgarian product following the Don’t Sync and Show settings.
If you’ve tried this already and are unable to sync the English version, please let us know!

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Add Description & SKUI see, thanks for letting us know.
The Google Listings & Ads product description defaults to the WooCommerce standard (long) description as it allows for more product information, which may help in Google’s ranking. However, the short description is automatically used when there’s no standard description specified for the product.
You can try using the following filter in order to use the short description: https://woocommerce.com/document/google-listings-and-ads/faqs/#using-short-description
Hope this helps!

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Add Description & SKUHi @dzire2dzine,
ok, got it for ID but for description, as you can see in screenshot, its empty.
Great! The description is normally pulled from your product description. If you have written one and it’s not appearing, there may be something interfering with the sync.
Could you share a copy of your site’s System Status Report with us?
You’ll find it at the top of the page under WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Download for support (after you scroll down a bit). Once you have the System Status Report file, please paste it into your reply. Thanks!

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Add Description & SKUHi @dzire2dzine,
How do I add Description to the feed for Merchant Center and change “ID or SKU” to my product SKU? Unable to find them in Target Attribute.
It might be helpful to get some more information about your goal here. Are you trying to change the existing SKU and description which was synced to your Google Merchant Account?
In general, product identifies are not SKUs, and Google says they should not be SKUs?in their documentation.
?
We use WooCommerce IDs, but with a GLA prefix (Ex: gla_123456).Please also see our documentation for Product feed information.
Let us know if this is helpful!

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Please helpHi @patlaka,
The Bulgarian Lev is not supported by Facebook I’m afraid, you may contact Meta’s team to inquire whether this will change in the future.
Some merchants with other unsupported currencies have been able to sync their products by switching their site’s currency to USD or another supported currency, connecting their account, syncing products, and then switching back to their original currency.
Please give this a try and let us know!
Hi @rhand,
Thanks for sending this information!
We had an error using latest WordPress, WooCommerce on PHP 8.0.x where an illegal offset type was found in?
fbwpml.php
?. The complete error log on the issue is this:This may be related to the recent updates, I’ve opened a ticket with our developer to check it out. In the meantime, are you able to emulate this error while using a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Three, and running only WooCommerce, Facebook and WMPL?
Thanks!

In reply to: [Google Analytics for WooCommerce] Settings page can save invalid settingsHey @babelhalsupport,
If “Enable Standard Tracking” is disabled (not checked), then enabling (checking) ‘Enable Standard Tracking‘ or ‘“Display Advertising” Support‘ or ‘Use Enhanced Link Attribution‘ or ‘Anonymize IP addresses‘ has NO effect at all.
This should be noted on the settings page.
The plugin basically allows to save invalid settings.Interesting observation. Are you saying that when Enable Standard Tracking is disabled, the settings below should not be selectable?
https://d.pr/i/9Ff85f
If so, the reason for this is in case you are using a 3rd party Google Analytics plugin. IN this case, you wouldn’t need to enable the setting to get the other options. If this is not correct, we’d love to get some more information to fully understand your question and how the settings are configured.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Slow query because meta_form meta_form() caller in order pageHi @diegpl,
Thanks for getting in touch! This query […]
with this caller[…]
is generating a slow query in the order page having WordPress Core as component through Query Monitor plugin. How can we improve that, please?Good question! How did you first discover this? Did you notice a gradual decrease in response times on your site, has it been happening for a while or is it a new problem?
It would be great to get some more information here. If it is a recent issue, have you changed themes or added any new plugins which might account for the sudden change? We look forward to your response!
Hi @riotbr,
My client has an “on demand” sales modality on his website
It would be great to get some more information here, how is this ‘on demand’ product configured? Are you using a plugin to achieve this function?
It would be great if you could share your current System Status Report so we can get a better idea of what you’re working with. You can get it by navigating to theWooCommerce / Status
section of your site. Once there, click on theGet system report
button and then copy it by clicking on theCopy for support
button. Then paste it here in a comment.
Any screenshots of the missing values or a link to the page would also be helpful.
Thanks!
