Hey Alexander @alexanderfoxc , thanks for looking into this for me. I got in touch with the SMTP server provider and they looked into the issue for me. They couldn’t find anything on their end regarding the emails not going through. However they were able to provide me with the log of an email that was delivered in HTML code which is something I’d like resolved as well. Is there any way to make this thread private so I can send you the log info? Or an email address I should send it to?
Thanks in advance for you assistance.
Hi there,
Yes I finished reading through it. Unfortunately, I can’t find the error that I encounter anywhere, so I’m not quite sure where to start with troubleshooting this error.
Do you offer hired help to fix those issues? I need it fixed rather sooner than later.
Thanks in advance for any recommendations you might be able to make.
I’m not sure how to implement these measures since I’m not using PHP Mailer but Easy WP SMTP. Can you please orient me in the right direction?
Alex,
It’s a hosting company server.
I’m checking the code with https://validator.w3.org/#validate_by_input and already found some errors. I’m cleaning it up and will keep testing to see how it goes. You can consider this thread closed, for now, I’ll reach out again when I have more information.
Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!
Alex,
There isn’t anything unusual in the code (when I copy/paste it to an HTML converter, it looks absolutely fine).
The HTML issue only happens sporadically, but yahoo.ca emails definitely have more errors than others overall.
The problem still persists even without the plugin (only sometimes though, like I mentioned before). It’s hard to “replicate” the error.
Yes, the email are being sent through Formidable Forms (form builder).
Does that give you any useful information as to what might be going on?
Emre,
Is that the one you’re talking about? => “Widget Cache Reduce the number of SQL queries”
If no, I haven’t disabled it because I don’t own the premium version! Will this be enough to solve my menu issue? (I didn’t know that the menu was a Widget??)
Thanks ??
Andrew,
thanks for your help.
after doing some digging, I found out that SiteOrigin builder recently added an option in their settings (Settings > Page Builder > Content > Enable Cache Content) that turns the priority down to 1 for the plugin.
Resolved!
