Thank you for waiting!
As our developers say, we technically cannot add attributes as a new section in the Instant search widget at the moment. We’re sorry to say it! Nevertheless, it’s a great idea and we would gladly create a feature request for it so we could consider developing this functionality in the future. To help us do it, please share more details on how it would work, e.g. what would happen if you click on any found attribute or what would happenswhen you go to the Search results page (should the attribute section be there too). Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
Best wishes,
Searchanise teamThank you for the confirmation!
We’ve asked our developers about it and as soon as we have an answer, we will let you know about it here. Please stay for our updates and have a great weekend!Best wishes,

Searchanise teamHello,
Do you mean that you’d like Attribute results to appear as a new section in the Instant search widget? Should it work in a way that if an attribute’s title matches a search query, we should show this attribute in a separate section of the Instant search widget? Please let us know!

Hi there,
Thank you for your report!
Unfortunately, we failed to reproduce the issue on our side, so we can’t tell for sure what could be the cause of it.

Thank you for your question. Filters in our extension can be created for product attributes: https://docs.searchanise.io/set-up-color-and-size-filters-woocommerce/ and for custom taxonomies: https://docs.searchanise.io/set-up-filters-based-on-custom-taxonomies-woocommerce/

However, we offer a free 14-day trial during which you can check if there will be any issues and contact our support at [email protected] if you notice any or if any questions arise. We are always glad to help!Thank you very much for such kind words and for your willingness to leave this feedback here!

We hope this reply was helpful. Please let us know if you still have any questions.Hi,
Thank you for your message! We apologize for the delay that happened due to the high load of requests we experience lately.
As we understand, you’d like to use Searchanise without it being active on your storefront for now, is that correct? If so, we should say Searchanise can only be installed this way (not locally) just like most plugins, as far as we know.
Still, if you have a staging store or have a chance to create one, you can install Searchanise there and safely test it.
We hope this answer is helpful. Please contact us via email at [email protected] if any further questions appear. Thank you!Hello,
Thank you for contacting us! Our apologies for the delay which happened due to the holiday season.

- Go to the WP Rocket settings to File Optimization / Optimize CSS & JS > Excluded JavaScript files
- Paste the following code into the field:
/jquery-?0-9.(.min|.slim|.slim.min)?.js
/wp-content/plugins/plugins/smart-search-for-woocommerce/js/(.*).js
search- Save the changes
