Hello,
First of all, we are sorry to know this issue affected your store. The thing is that we were experiencing some issues with the new update.
However, I’m glad to tell you that our developers have already managed to fix it. So, as for now, could you please do the following:
1. Add this file: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1xmPIh_JoZMq6lkDSeunNFT5MzxX_Ro7e/view?usp=sharing
to wp-content/plugins/smart-search-for-woocommerce/vendor/composer/2. After that please enable the plugin and let us know the result.
Once again, we are very sorry that you’ve faced the issue and it affected your website.
We hope it won’t appear in the future and we’ll be patiently waiting for your reply.
Hi,
Thank you for the reply.
As we see, you submitted a ticket, one of our support representative responded to you. Could you please check your email box?
I’ll duplicate the content of his reply here, just in case:
Regarding your questions, > -How do I implement onto another site, when there is no place to enter license key? It needs to be implemented on our end. Could you please send me the URL of that other store so we could do it? > -How can I show star rating from Judge.me on search results page? (woocommerce site) Unfortunately, the Searchanise plugin is not integrated with Judge.me. We are sorry for any inconvenience. However, we have a feature request for developing it in the future, so I hope it will be released in the future in case we have enough requests from our clients. There’s no any ETA yet, unfortunately. As to the difficulties with getting in touch with us, I've found the ticket that you had created 5 days ago. Unfortunately, we are loaded heavily these days and couldn't get to it earlier, sorry. ? Looking forward to your reply regarding the second store's URL. Please feel free to ask any questions if they arise.
Please reply to the corresponding ticket, we’ll be happy to continue our communication there.
All the best,
SearchaniseHi,
Thank you for your question!
To show reviews you need to set up an integration with one of the apps from this list: https://docs.searchanise.io/product-reviews-woocommerce/. This article also contains instructions on how to set up.
In case you’re facing some difficulties with an integration, please contact us by email: [email protected]. Our support team will be happy to assist you!

Searchanise support teamHi Reha,
Thank you for you message. We’re sorry for a late reply! We just noticed that our reply to your question wasn’t sent due to a technical error.
As for using one subscription on two domains with a multi-site setup, I’m afraid we do not support it.
If any other questions arise, feel free to contact us via our main communication channel at [email protected]
Hello, thank you for your message. I should say that it depends on the way the Author characteristic was created.
Searchanise plugin indexes global attributes that were created on the page Products > Attributes. The attributes created this way could be used in the search process and filter generating.
If the attribute is individual for some specific products, it will be indexed by our system and taken for the search, yet there will be no way to create a filter with this attribute.
I hope this information helps. If any further questions appear or any additional information is needed, please feel free to contact us via [email protected]. Dear Steve, thank you for your question. I’m afraid custom filters could only be based on product attributes. I’m sorry. If this functionality is expanded in the future, we’ll let you know about it in our plugin updates.

Hello!
To solve that issue, we’ve just updated our module, so you’ll need to redownload the module and reinstall it.
If that doesn’t work, try to deactivate and reactivate it.Best regards,
Searchanise support team.
