In reply to: [SearchIQ - The Search Solution] Invasive, spammy marketingHi @cwulff, we’re sorry to hear our outreach efforts were not well received. Our team emails prospective publishers individually on a case by case basis when we think our plugin might be of value to their site. And since we are new to the plugin community we are spreading the word about our product. If you would like to message our support team at [email protected] we will remove you from any list. We apologize for the inconvenience.

In reply to: [SearchIQ - The Search Solution] Blank Options TabHi Marco,
Could you please send us a snapshot of the options tab at [email protected].
I will get a better understanding of the issue. You can find all the settings stored in db in wp_options table search for option_name like ‘_siq_%’.Saurabh

In reply to: [SearchIQ - The Search Solution] Not indexing TablePress contentTablePress plugin allows you to add the table using short codes in the post content, currently we do not render short codes. But this problem will be rectified with the javascript version of searchIQ which will crawl contents of the page. Which will help non WP sites to index the contents and even WP sites can use that javascript. It is under testing phase now, it will be released soon. We will notify you as soon as we release it.
Thank you for your patience.

In reply to: [SearchIQ - The Search Solution] Giving more weight for specific postswe cannot do that for now as the weight is currently applied to a field across all posts. But we understand our users need this kind of control esp for sponsor posts. I will put this in our feature queue.

In reply to: [SearchIQ - The Search Solution] Unable to authenticateSorry for any inconvenience. We realized our new installation process is not compatible with WP 4.6. We have resorted back to the old process, which means you will have to manually input your API key. It should be working fine now if you want to try installing it again. Thanks and if you have any other issues please don’t hesitate to reach out!

In reply to: [SearchIQ - The Search Solution] Wish List Item: Scheduled Auto ResynchWe already have it but sometimes the cron job is not able to work properly at the daily basis due to the hosting company your site may be on. So, we are working on an enhancement that doesn’t need to have the cron job installed in the hosting company.

In reply to: [SearchIQ - The Search Solution] Difference between this and Mojo versionour marketing team wants to post to a bigger wordpress marketplace but mojo required us to put the price tag. So, our marketer put the price to get the plugin on the site. So, to be fair to the users paying, we give them more support.

In reply to: [SearchIQ - The Search Solution] Search custom taxonomies?hi robby,
Our plugin is not yet able to support custom field that i believe your author name currently store. We will have it in 1 month. However, even we don’t this feature, we shouldn’t break your existing plugin. I will have my dev take a look for you. It may need to get this plugin from you or go to your site with permission to run test. Send me your email address so I can coordinate this for you. My email is [email protected]
