As for the upgrade procedures, if you have upgraded from 1.3.x or 1.5.x, please note that most of the settings have been revamped. Since the 1.6.x branch, a proper upgrade mechanism has been included as well, allowing us to include upgrade profiles for any future upgrades. In other words, this should not be an issue anymore from now on.

The upload directory is in wp-content/uploads/. Once Arjuna has permission to write to that directory, it will create the folder and move any uploaded logo automatically.

Definitely needs some clean CSS to look well in every browser.

Simply put the widgets in either Sidebar Full Top or Sidebar Full Bottom. These two widget bars extend to full width.

A dropdown has been implemented into Eos and can be enabled via the WordPress admin panel.
