Hello,
Thank you for your patience.
I also wanted to suggest another approach that might meet your needs. You can consider using our Flexible Wishlist plugin, which has similar functionality to what you described. The plugin allows you to engage customers when products are added to a wishlist, which could be a workaround for your scenario.
I encourage you to try the free version of the Flexible Wishlist plugin and see if it suits your requirements. You can find it here: Flexible Wishlist.
Feel free to reach out if you have any more questions or need further assistance.

In reply to: [Flexible Subscriptions] 122 322 added to order_totalsHello,
Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, I was unable to replicate this issue in my test environment (i.e., no string is being added to the values in
order_totals
). Therefore, I would kindly ask you to submit your request through our support form, which you can find here: https://wpdesk.net/get-support/.When filling out the form, please select “Pre-sale Question” as the reason for your inquiry. If you choose “Technical Issue,” you will be unable to proceed without an active license, and the form will be blocked. In the message, simply describe the issue, just as you have done here. This way, I will be able to request access details and take a closer look at the problem, which I cannot do on this forum for security reasons
Thank you for your understanding. Looking forward to your response!

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out with your question regarding the ShopMagic plugin.
At the moment, the plugin does not have the built-in functionality to add a ‘Product Upload’ event or send emails when a new product is uploaded. However, this feature is on our list of ideas for future updates, and I have added you to the list of users interested in it. If we implement this feature, I will make sure to inform you.
If you are familiar with coding, you can add a custom event yourself. We have a guide in our documentation that explains how to create custom events, which you can find here: Adding Custom Events Documentation
Please note that custom development is beyond the scope of our support, so we won’t be able to assist with this directly.
Best regards,
Hello Simon,
Thank you for your feedback!
One more thing came to mind that might help you. Have you tried using the ‘Allow free shipping’ option? This can be enabled when editing the product that serves as the coupon, as shown in the screenshot below:
https://flexiblecoupons.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/flexible-coupons-pro-product-settings.pngIf this option is activated, it allows the coupon to grant free shipping. Just make sure that the “Free Shipping” method is set up correctly in your WooCommerce settings, and that the coupon requirement for free shipping is included in the shipping method.
I discussed this scenario with our developers, and unfortunately, direct shipping cost coverage is not possible as WooCommerce currently does not support this functionality.
Maybe using the free shipping option will be sufficient for your use case?
Let me know if this helps, and feel free to reach out if you have any other questions!
Kind regards,
Hello!
Thank you for your response.
I’m not sure exactly how other customers handle it, but I would assume they either offer free shipping or apply coupons only to orders above a certain value that meet the minimum required for free shipping (though this is just a guess).
However, it’s worth noting that a large portion of our customers use this plugin for selling virtual or digital products like tickets, courses, and training sessions, so the issue with shipping costs doesn’t come up in these cases.
If there’s anything else I can help you with, feel free to reach out!

Hello!
Thank you for your message.
Unfortunately, the plugin doesn’t support this yet. The addition of this feature is reported to programmers, but we do not know the date of its implementation.
I will add you to the list of people interested in this functionality, and I will inform you when it happens.
In case of further questions, please contact me.

Hi,
Thank you for your reply.
Currently, there’s no simple code change that would completely disable this default functionality. The plugin is structured in a way that ensures the filled-in details are retained when the product is reloaded, and changing the redirection could potentially interfere with other core functionalities of the plugin.
Redirecting the customer to a different page after adding the product to the cart might cause unexpected issues, such as incorrect display or loss of the configured data. Implementing this change would require significant modifications and thorough testing to ensure everything works as expected.
However, we appreciate your feedback and will keep it in mind as a potential enhancement in future releases.
Let me know if there’s anything else I can assist you with.

Hello Sébastien,
Thank you for reaching out and providing detailed information.
Currently, our plugin supports only the original shortcode versions of the cart and checkout pages, and we have not yet implemented compatibility for the new WooCommerce blocks. As you mentioned, this might be due to differences in how the blocks interact with the REST API.
I’ve forwarded this request to the developer responsible for the ShopMagic plugin, and we’ll look into the possibility of adding a filter to address this. While I can’t provide an immediate solution, I will make sure to inform you once a compatible fix has been released.
We appreciate your interest in integrating ShopMagic with CoCart, and if you have any further details or suggestions, feel free to share them.
Kind regards,
