Sorry for the issue, when you say you were not able to log in do you mean WordFence was blocking you or you were not able to access the log in page?
Hi, It appears you may have migrated a plugin in the mu-plugins folder called wpcomsh-loader.php. This is what we look for to determine if you are on wp.com. Removing that should solve the issue.

In version 1.4.4 there was a patch for this error. I’m not sure if it will work on that version, but replacing the file /dup-installer/ctrls/ctrl.s2.dbinstall.php with the one attached may help.

mysqldump: Couldn’t execute ‘FLUSH TABLES’: Access denied; you need (at least one of) the RELOAD privilege(s) for this operation (1227)
