Have you checked if the whl_page entry was still there in your options database table ?

For me, the recpatcha is displayed. Please remove your login and admin pages from cache.

WPS Hide Login prevent websites from brute force attacks. Then, it replaces wp-login.php slug and redirects non-logged-in users to 404 when they try to reach wp-login.php and wp-admin slugs. But the last one isn’t replaced for logged-in users.

I don’t find this issue in my tests and it’s not shared by any user.

As you’re using many plugins, I’m suspecting a conflict with another plugin. That’s why I suggested to deactivate every plugins except WPS Hide Login. You can try on a local version.

Have you tried to deactivate every plugins except WPS Hide Login to make sure the issue was due to this plugin ?
