By completing the form with any wording along the lines of ‘Subscribe me to the newsletter, is enough to be classed as opt-in consent under EU GDPR Law. For more info please see: https://help.sendinblue.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001410424
Any users who consent to this will be synced to Sendinblue.

Thanks for reaching out and sorry our response rate has been slower than we hoped for.
I have offered more detailed advice in the ticket you have open. Briefly, if you are using Sendinblue automation to send the confirmation email – you must disable the email sent from Wcommerce and our Wcom plugin via SMTP.
Please see:https://help.sendinblue.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006850600 for more info and the correct placeholders to use to prevent blank mail.

You will create a workflow with a conditional track event. If the contact has purchased product X, they are added to list X.
