My wordpress site is not large, comprising of less than 100 posts. Yet, as I said, by disabling the plugin, the default search finds those words in miliseconds. For example, if your answer is one of the posts, and I am searching for the word “configuration”, relevanssi will give the message that Nothing was found.

The plugin calculate the average exactly in real time, why does it need to recalculate ratings? Can I prevent this to happen?

There are no stopwords filtration in my site. Thousands of words of phrases are not searchable eventhough they were directly typed in the blog posts, not hidden by any mean. I am completely shocked because of that.

Because you are nicely responded and remember our conversation, I would like to explain my evaluation.

Most of plugins have not only the support email, but a whole plugin website with contact forms, etc., that why I asked for you support email.

In that conversation in the support, because my question was addressed to you, I waited that you would put your word in, just saying that sorry you don’t use a support email, or you do have one. But you suddenly kept silence. Maybe you are scared to talk in the presence of any kind of moderators, or you think free owners are rubbish to talk to, or you have other reasons, I could not understand why.

That’s why my 1 point for the support.

In case you want to sell your products, please remember that free owners are potential buyers, at the same time they make you products popular. Free users are even more valuable that users who has purchased your products. Few people would buy your products at once, without trying it and checking the support, and if you think that they are rubbish, it’s not a great way to do a business, even if you have the best product in the world.

Thank you Tobias. The last question, is it possible to set the empty cell (no value) as the highest value, so when sorting incrementaly they will appear in the last places, not the first like now?

Thank you so much for so fast reply. I mean when we click sorting on the column of the table), the rows will rearrange, e.g., by numbers. Is it possible that by click on sorting, the rows are sorted independently?

For example, in this table https://prntscr.com/jgwr48, when I click sort by years, the rows with no values go first (or last) like this https://prntscr.com/jgwqg0. Is it possible to either sort the values independently for each subcategories, or exlude from sorting the rows that do not contain values?

Free does not mean sh*t. None of authors I’ve communicated ever had any problems with that because they always have official email address.
