I tried that still getting:

“You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

On the Syndication page.

With full debug mode on I am getting this:

Here is another possible clue. When I tun the diagnostic test against the syndication page everything appears normal but it ends like this:

NULL

OK I switched to php 5.3 and worked with my host, now all the errors are gone but it is still reporting:

“You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

I am having the same problem, running WP 3.9, everything works except the “Syndicated Sites” link which of course is where you setup your feeds!

Anyone have a solution to this?

OK, Murphy’s law kicked in. As soon as I posted the question it hit me. There is a page and a post for the suspected family members and they are both in the “Family” category.

Interestingly, there is a post and a page for the root “Micheal Saba” but only one entry on the famil tree?

I found this problem occurs when you add a new parent branch (like your mothers parents if the tree starts with your fathers linage). Another response by the developer seems to indicate that you can have multiple “roots” however I have not seen how to get that to work. In your case, if you remove the ‘family’ tag from the offending branches the entire tree should display again.

I am not seeing any setting in the admin area that will allow me to see past events in the admin area. What is the name of the the setting so I can change it from the default (only future events) to showing past and future events.
